Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Maya and related websites and services (the “Services”) provided by AI for Humanity Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Maya is an agentic AI assistant that can help you with everyday tasks such as rides, shopping, and other requests. Features may be limited while Maya is in development or beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent where allowed) to use the Services. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully or for harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Services
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Interfere with other users or with third-party integrations

You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions Maya proposes (including purchases and bookings) before they are finalized.

4. Third-party services

Maya may connect to third-party providers (for example transportation or commerce platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products, pricing, availability, or fulfillment.

5. Approvals and transactions

Certain actions require your explicit approval. Once you approve, the transaction may be submitted to a third party and may be binding under that party’s terms. Fees charged by third parties are their responsibility unless we state otherwise.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, and content we provide, are owned by AI for Humanity Private Limited or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Beta and “as is”

During pre-release or beta periods, the Services are provided for evaluation and may contain errors or incomplete features. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI FOR HUMANITY PRIVATE LIMITED AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) INR 5,000.

9. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
